Madouk Collection has a DHL account and is fortunate to have access to discounts on larger orders. We calculate freight based on the weight of the shipment which is calculated separately after the order is processed. We are able to estimate shipping costs in advance based on the size of the order and the weight of the products.
In order to provide security to our artisans and ensure that materials are not wasted, all orders are not processed until payment is received.
